    Planning

    Photography sessions involve a lot of planning in advance. I meet with couples before the wedding to go over the entire wedding day.

    We also plan newborn sessions beforehand, either through messages or a phone call. We decide on the style of the photos, poses, and any props we may need. Often, we also discuss the location of the shoot together.

    Photo-Shoot

    Photography is the most exciting part of the whole experience, and I always recommend putting effort into the session. When you feel comfortable with your outfit, cleanliness, and a well-groomed appearance, the photoshoot becomes a pleasant experience.

    I guide my clients through poses and provide helpful tips on how to achieve the best results in the photos. We take different variations and I also listen to your suggestions and ideas. Many of the shoots are done in motion, so you can imagine the session as if it were a video. This helps us capture more natural poses in the images.

    Editing

    This part is completely in the hands of the photographer, and each photographer has their own style. It’s a good idea to review previous work and see if my style aligns with what you want for your own photos. Or, we can discuss the style of photography you'd like.

    The editing process takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the type of shoot – wedding photography (around 3 weeks) or newborn/family photography (around 1-2 weeks).

  • Final Image Delivery

    Final Image Delivery

    The delivery of photos typically takes about a week for newborn/family sessions and around 3 weeks for wedding photography.

    For wedding photos, I can create a blog post immediately after the wedding, if desired, so you can see highlights from your celebration right away.

    I also create sneak peek photos for other types of sessions. Otherwise, you can expect to receive the full collection within 1-3 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions About
the Photo shoots

    • Introductory meeting and planning session

    • 3-12 hours of photography time

    • Wedding day preparation, first look (if desired), wedding ceremony, portraits, family/group photos, and wedding reception

    • 90-700 fully edited high-resolution images in a beautiful gallery, depending on the package.

  • You will receive a wedding booking form and contract once you've decided that you want me as your photographer.

    By filling out the booking form, you officially start the booking process with me.

    If you have any questions, want to chat on the phone, check date availability, etc., please fill out the contact form instead.

    After you've submitted the form, I will send you the contract via email along with instructions for the reservation fee. Then, it's time to sit back and relax.

    Note: Your date is officially reserved once the signed contract is completed and the reservation fee is paid. I will do my best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. However, if you contact me Friday-Sunday, my response may take a bit longer as I may be out on another shoot.

  • For all shoots, a 30% booking fee is required to secure your session date and reserve it exclusively for you. This fee also serves as a cancellation fee. Due to limited availability, cancellations can be financially disadvantageous for the photographer.

    Please note, the booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if there is availability, the photographer can reschedule the session to another date.

  • All shoots and packages (plus taxes) can be paid in cash, via MobilePay, or by invoice. All payments must be completed before the edited photos are delivered.

    All prices include VAT at 25.5%.

  • The booking fee is 100% refundable if the cancellation occurs more than 4 months before the wedding day.

    3-4 months before the wedding day: 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

    NOTE: The booking fee is NON-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than 3 months before the wedding day.

  • NOTE: The booking fee is NON-refundable. In case of illness, the session can be rescheduled to another date if the cancellation is made at least 2 days in advance, or within 24 hours with a doctor's note.
